"Donna was a tremendous help to us. Not only did she volunteer to help source items before the day, she also attended our last planning meeting to make sure she was up to speed with the arrangements. Her knowledge and experience was greatly appreciated.
The day began very early and due to time slippage with hairdressers and make up people, it was left to Donna to take care of last minute arrangements and to liaise with the various suppliers. It was very comforting to know that there was someone sensible, unflappable and resourceful on site to make sure everything went smoothly. She showed great problem-solving skills which meant that I did not have to deal with any problems that arose.
